●Progress made in 2022

‧January 7th, 2022: the TSSFA and OFDC signed the South Atlantic Squid FIP contract.
‧October 12th, 2022: the seminar on the Squid FIP convention and future work was held. The detailed plan of future works was explained to vessel owners who wished to join the Squid FIP, and the convention specifying the rights and obligations of parties was adopted.
‧January 7th, 2022: the 1st committee of Squid FIP participants was held. Drafted by the OFDC, the needs assessment report, Terms of Reference, and the work plan were adopted. For the future operation of the FIP, relevant administrative guidelines were adopted, and permanent representatives were voted.
‧November 25th, 2022: the Squid FIP-related information was submitted to FisheryProgress for review.
‧December 17th, 2022: Squid FIP has been registered on the FisheryProgress official website.
