Overseas Fisheries Development Council (the OFDC) is appointed by Taiwan Tuna Association (the TTA) to coordinate the Pacific Albacore Tuna Longline Fishery Improvement Project. The OFDC is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, which was established with contributions from both public and private sectors.
